{"id":10662,"date":"2019-05-08T08:03:46","date_gmt":"2019-05-08T08:03:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/web2020.livelihoods.eu\/?p=10662"},"modified":"2019-06-21T08:03:35","modified_gmt":"2019-06-21T08:03:35","slug":"we-are-hiring-a-senior-program-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/livelihoods.eu\/fr\/we-are-hiring-a-senior-program-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"We are hiring a Senior Program Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Main assignments: Prospect, Design, Implement large scale impactful projects<\/h3>\n<h4>Investment opportunities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and select projects for future investments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Design<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design with NGOs, local population, private enterprises, buyers etc\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Compile and submit a complete documentation to the Investment Committee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Implementation<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage projects launches<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report progress to the executive team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>What\u2019s expected of the candidate ?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Go the extra mile to find the right solutions that will deliver true, long-term impact;<\/li>\n<li>Contribute concretely to the company\u2019s impact generation and reporting strategies;<\/li>\n<li>Propagate know-how on project management, landscape and carbon project piloting tools, carbon methodologies\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Boost innovation by spotting or designing field-related innovations and socializing them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Your skills and experience \/ Profil recherch\u00e9<\/h3>\n<h4>Background:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>First-hand development of large-scale projects of ecosystem restoration, conservation agriculture, rural development;<\/li>\n<li>15 years proven track-record of farm\/forest\/project management and\/or coordination, close to rural communities, demonstrating tangible achievements;<\/li>\n<li>Have hands-on field experience and a solid background in Livelihoods Funds related areas.<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of carbon standards and land use methodologies would be a plus;<\/li>\n<li>Track-record of work in developing countries with rural communities, field NGOs, private sector;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ease with &#8211;
