Senior Project Manager (Europe) – Regenerative Agriculture
The following opportunity is for an experienced, hands-on agroecology and Reg Ag project management professional with practical field experience. Within a talented, committed, and agile team and together with our private, public & civil society partners, the successful candidate will actively help us drive change towards regenerative agriculture.
The Senior Project Manager will manage a portfolio of regenerative agriculture projects from their ideation to implementation over 5 years + close to our field partners.
The position is based in Europe and involves a minimum of 30% travel in Europe.
Monitoring & Evaluation – ESG Lead Officer
We are opening a new position in Livelihoods and are looking for our future M&E and ESG Lead Officer.
Fully integrated in the operational teams and reporting directly to the company’s COO, you will work with internal (Fund leaders, Project Managers…) and external (investors, implementing partners (NGOs), consultants…) stakeholders. You will embark on the journey towards streamlining relevant internal practices and processes, deploying the necessary tools and disseminating Livelihoods’ culture to make sure the projects’ mission is fulfilled.

Carbon Operations Manager
In Livelihoods, we use carbon as a mean to better support rural and agricultural communities restore the natural resources which are the foundations of life on Earth.
We are looking for a Carbon Operations Manager, who will play a key role on the carbon management of our projects, from early, pre-feasibility modelling to offset issuances. But also, more globally, by being our inhouse expert identifying the ever-evolving standards and methodologies of the carbon market. You will play a pivotal role working closely with our Project Managers in the design and implementation of impactful projects around the globe.
This position may be based at the HQs in Paris, France, the European Union or, for outstanding candidates, in Asia, Africa or Asia. Livelihoods is a boots-in-the-ground company: the position will involve travel abroad to project sites.
